Fees to August 2012

• A full week constitutes 5 consecutive days’ booked, Monday to Friday.
• All additional or short term bookings need to be agreed in advance with the Nursery Administrator or Manager, providing adequate notice.

Late Collection

Please note that a Late Collection charge of £7.00 per 5 minutes is applicable for all late collection.

About our fees

The above stated fees are valid until 31 August 2012.  Full fees are payable in the event of cancellation made with less than one full calendar month’s written notice.  Childcare grants and vouchers are accepted.   

The Nursery’s Ofsted Registration Number is EY420488.

• Our fees include breakfast, snacks and lunch for a ½ day morning session, or snacks and afternoon tea for a ½ day afternoon session.  Our full day rate includes all snacks, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea
• Invoices are payable monthly in advance
• A deposit of £100.00 is required to reserve a booking made more than two months prior to a starting date for the registered child.  This is payable on receipt of our offer letter.  This will be refunded on the first month’s invoice from the Nursery.  If the booking is cancelled the deposit is non-refundable
• Existing term time only bookings will require a 50% retainer fee during the summer break, in order to retain a place for your child at the Nursery in the following academic year.  In the event of a retainer fee not being paid your child will be placed back on the waiting list for a place at the Nursery and a new registration fee will be charged.  Note that Term Time places are not available to children starting at the Nursery after 1 January 2012
• There is no reduction for absenteeism, holidays or illness
• The Nursery fees for a full year place are based on 51 weeks as there is no charge for the week of Christmas when the Nursery is closed
• The Nursery reserves the right to terminate the placement of any child if it is felt that the Nursery is proving unsuitable for a child
• Immediate termination of a place will occur due to non-payment of fees
• Any Parent/Carer wishing to terminate their child’s place must give one calendar month’s notice in writing

Payment

• Payment can be made through standing orders/cash/vouchers
• Nursery accepts childcare vouchers from various companies (eg, Acor, Busy Bees, Care 4)
• The Nursery is eligible to claim up to 15 hours free funding for your child the term after their 3rd birthday from Nursery Education Funding (NEF)
• Free Education Funding (FEF) is also available from the age of 2 for applicable children
• Salary Sacrifice is available for employees of Aston University

Cancellation

One full calendar month’s written notice must be made once the letter of confirmation has been issued by the Nursery, to either terminate or alter a booking at the Nursery.  Failure to do so will result in full fees being charged.  Where a booking is altered a revised standing order must be submitted at the time of notification.
